MDE devices with integrated barcode scanners automate all in-house processes and work steps – starting with parcel delivery and parcel acceptance through to parcel pickup or provision for internal parcel delivery and distribution to the recipient. Already at goods receipt, Tracker4all ensures more clarity by clearly recording and organizing the shipments.
When goods and shipments are delivered to the recipient, many companies and authorities now require not only error-free handover but also verifiable handover.
After the bearer has arrived at the recipient, the packages are handed over. In the process, each individual shipment from the loading is scanned and automatically compared with the loading list of open shipments. Possible incorrect deliveries are efficiently avoided by this check.
In addition to the classic handover against signature capture, branch or depot deliveries can also be made with the capture of a code. Contactless deliveries with photo documentation are also possible.
Thanks to shipment tracking, deliveries can be tracked directly on the PC in the dashboard. It guarantees the best transparency and customer service.

Every day, they have to ensure smooth, fast and cost-effective deliveries and also take responsibility for ensuring that no parcel is lost. The same applies to the internal mailroom. Employees always benefit from up-to-date information via automated e-mail notification when the status of a shipment changes. In addition, this provides the option of self-collection by the employee at the appropriate location (e.g. central goods receipt, collection point, etc.).
The parcels can also be delivered, for example, using the company’s own vehicles within or even across sites (in the case of larger company sites). Own locations can be managed separately and nevertheless e.g. the admins always have the overall view.
The separate modules also make it possible to assign a separate language not only to each site, but even to each individual user – even for mobile devices. This ensures maximum user-friendliness and even sites or users in different language regions can still work together with one and the same solution.
