Constant enquiries in the dispatch department and in the warehouse, which is responsible for the delivery, are thus completely eliminated!
Of course, the e-mails can also contain other information, such as delivery announcements, a request for collection from the post office, information for a department or station, or similar.
When collecting or handing over the item, receipt can be confirmed by a signature and the name in clear text on the barcode scanner, smartphone or tablet. This also makes it possible to hand over items to third parties or to store them in separate areas.

The search for internal consignments within the hospital is a constant and mostly expensive -because time-consuming- undertaking.
